Finally! Alia Bhatt says, ‘not single’

Bollywood actors Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are the latest lovebirds of tinsel town. Ever since they have started working together for their upcoming flick Brahmastra, rumour mills were abuzz about their alleged affair. The fuel to the fire was added by ace designer Manish Malhotra who spilled the beans on Neha Dhupia’s BFF’s with Vogue and hinted about their possible hook up in 2018.

They made it indirectly official by walking together at Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja’s wedding reception and their fans couldn’t stop rejoicing. But they never spoke about it, until a few days ago when Ranbir in a statement accepted that all is new. But finally, Ranbir’s lady love has spoken and it will make you happier than eve.

In an interview , the actress admitted that she is not single and obviously we know whom she is dating. ‘No, sorry, not single,’ said the Raazi actress. Alia is literally on a roll and bagging a variety of movies in her kitty and with her love life sorted, she is indeed riding on success. It won’t be wrong to say that it is her year.

Also, speculation about the duo tying the knot next year has been doing the rounds for a long time. Speaking about it in an interview with HT, Ranbir had said, ‘It’s [such rumours] all a part of show business. You make up a story, and soon, there’s another story of the first story, and so on. I have always believed that marriage is something that will happen naturally. It can’t be like, ‘Okay, I am 35 now, so it’s time to get married’. It should come to you and your partner naturally and you should both feel, ‘This is the right phase. Now, we should take this relationship to the next level’. But abhi aisi koi baat nai hai. I haven’t decided on marriage yet.’

Ranbir and Alia are soon going to star together in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra. It will also star Amitabh Bachchan and television’s Naagin actress Mouni Roy in the lead roles.
