Nora Fatehi finally gets permission to visit Bangladesh


Bollywood actor Nora Fatehi will visit Bangladesh on November 18 as Ministry of Information finally granted permission for her arrival.

The Ministry issued a notification signed by Deputy Secretary of Information Ministry Saiful Islam in this regard on Monday (November 7).

The Canadian-born Indian actor will be able to stay in Dhaka on November 18 only to shoot a documentary titled “Women Empowerment in Bangladesh”, produced under the initiative of Women Leadership Corporation.

Earlier, Nora Fatehi was supposed to come to Dhaka to participate in the 'Global Achievers Award-2022' of the same organization but the ministry canceled her permission to visit Bangladesh through a notification on October 17 because of the dollar crisis.

The actress, popularly famous for her dances ‘Saki Saki’ and ‘Dilbar Dilbar’, is one of the renowned women dancers in India.

Moreover, Nora won heart of audience as an item song artist in several Bollywood films.
