PM’s special assistant Biplab Barua recovers from COVID-19

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s special assistant and office secretary of Awami League Barrister Biplab Barua, who was earlier diagnosed with coronavirus positive, has recovered.

“After 19 days (of being COVID-19), I and my family members have been diagnosed with COVID-19 negative. We all are now corona free. But we will remain in isolation for some more days,” Barua wrote on his facebook account today.

He also wrote that he went to self isolation after his driver tested COVID-19 positive on June 16.

Later, he along with his all family members gave samples for COVID-19 test while six members of his family were found coronavirus positive on June 20, Barua continued.

He wrote after 19 days of being positive with COVID-19, he along with his family members went to Bangabandhu Medical University (BSMMU) and were diagnosed with COVID-19 negative.
