Osman Hadi’s condition unchanged, plan to take him abroad if he improves

The condition of Sharif Osman Hadi, convener of Inqilab Mancha, who was injured by gunfire from assailants, remains unchanged.

If his condition improves, there are plans to take him abroad for advanced medical treatment.

He is currently undergoing treatment at Evercare Hospital in Dhaka.

Dr Abdul Ahad, a neurosurgeon at Dhaka Medical College Hospital who was part of the team that performed Hadi’s initial surgery, confirmed the matter to reporters on Sunday.

Meanwhile, Member Secretary of the Inqilab Mancha Abdullah Al Jaber said, “Osman Hadi is still in deep coma and remains in the same condition as before. There has been no significant improvement in his physical condition. However, there is some internal response.”

Osman Hadi’s family and the Inqilab Mancha are planning to take him abroad for medical treatment. However, the decision to do so depends on his physical condition. He will be taken abroad as soon as his condition improves enough to make such a transfer possible, Abdullah Al Jaber added.
