Six more DSAs get ad hoc committees

National Sports Council (NSC) announced ad hoc committees for Six District Sports Associations (DSAs) on Sunday.

The districts are: Chattogram, Khulna, Tangail, Nilphamari, Brahmanbaria, and Rajshahi.

The ad hoc committees will be led by their respective deputy commissioners (conveners of the committees).

Each ad hoc committee consisted of seven members. Local former coaches, umpires, players, sports journalists, and students were put as members.

Earlier, NSC announced ad hoc committees for Chattogram Division Sports Association and nine other district sports associations – Cumilla, Chuadanga, Jamalpur, Jhalakathi, Jhenaidah, Bhola, Bogura, Meherpur, and Magura last week.

The ad hoc committee for Chattogram Division Sports Association will be headed by Chattogram divisional commissioner while the ad hoc committees for district sports associations will be headed by deputy commissioners.
