The Ministry of Public Administration has dismissed three trainee Assistant Commissioners (Executive Magistrates) from government service.

The decision was announced in an official notification signed by Senior Secretary Ehchanul Haque on Wednesday.

The dismissed officers are Kazi Arifur Rahman, who was posted in Faridpur; Anup Kumar Biswas, posted in Bogura; and Nabomita Sarker, posted in Pirojpur. All three were undergoing foundation training at the time of their dismissal.

According to the notification, the trainee Assistant Commissioners from the 43rd batch of the BCS (Administration) cadre were removed from service under Rule 6(2)(a) of the Bangladesh Civil Service Recruitment Rules, 1981.

The order further states that any financial dues owed to the government during their service tenure will be recoverable under The Public Demand Recovery Act, 1913.
