Bangladesh are hopeful about bouncing back in the second match of the three-match ODI series against Sri Lanka on Sunday (today).
A win will level the series for the Tigers, but a loss will hand it to the hosts.
Earlier, Bangladesh suffered a humiliating defeat in the series opener on Friday when they conceded a 91-run defeat.
Despite losing the first game by a big margin, Khaled Mahmud believes his team has the ability to make a comeback strongly.
“We’re a better team than what we’ve shown in the previous match. I believe the boys are eager to bounce back to keep the hope of winning the series alive. I hope we can make it 1-1 in the next game,” Mahmud said.
