The combined recruitment test for appointing senior officers in seven banks in the country has been postponed.

The Bankers' Selection Committee took such a decision, said a media report on Saturday.

The test was supposed to be held in 67 centres in the capital on December 5.

The Bankers' Selection Committee revealed this information.

The seven banks are: Sonali Bank Limited, Janata Bank Limited, Rupali Bank Limited, Rajshahi Kirisi Unnayan Bank Limited, Bangladesh House Building Finance Corporation and Investment Corporation Bangladesh and Karmasanghsthan Bank.

Member Secretary of Bankers' Selection Committee Arif Hossain Khan said the recruitment test for the post of senior officers has been postponed due to coronavirus pandemic.
