Four more Bangladeshis, two men and two women, have died of COVID-19 coronavirus in New York of USA on Tuesday.

Among them, two women and a man breathed their last at Elmhurst Hospital and rest one succumbed to coronavirus infection at Plainview Hospital in New York, sources said.

With this, seven Bangladeshis so far died of COVID-19 in USA.

However, another person died from the coronavirus in Bangladesh, taking the total death toll from Covid-19 disease in the country to four.

Besides, six more people have been diagnosed with coronavirus.

With the fresh cases, the total number of confirmed coronavirus cases in the country has increased to 39. However, five of them have already recovered.

IEDCR Director Prof Meerjady Sabrina Flora revealed the latest coronavirus figures at a press briefing through online on Tuesday.
