The Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP), for the ninth consecutive day on Thursday, continued spraying disinfectants in the capital to contain the spread of coronavirus.

The DMP is spraying the disinfectants twice a day at the city’s Ramna, Lalbagh, Wari, Mirpur, Gulshan, Uttara and Mothijheel areas using water cannons, according to a press release issued today (Thursday).

It began spraying the disinfectants on March 25 last and will continue to do so until further notice.
