A photo of Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni went viral on social media where she was seen standing in a queue in front of a supershop in the capital.

Dr Dipu Moni MP, also joint general secretary of Awami League, stood in the queue with some other people maintaining social distancing rule to buy some essentials from Meena Bazar in the capital’s Dhanmondi on Thursday noon.

Mohammad Abul Khair, Public Relations Officer of the Education Ministry, said the minister regularly visits the Meena Bazar Dhanmondi outlet to by her essentials.

Earlier in March last year, Dipu Moni was also found in a queue in her constituency in Chandpur where he exercised her franchise in the upazila parishad elections like other commeners.
