Six people were killed in separate road accidents in Porsha and Potnitala upazilas of Naogaon on Sunday.
Four of deceased were identified as Abdul Salam, 52, Ashraful Islam, 45, Hira Bibi, 60, and Ramjan Ali, 50.
Police superintendent of Naogaon Md Iqbal Hossain said a Porsha-bound bus hit an auto-rickshaw, leaving three people dead on the spot and five others injured at Kusrapara area of the district.
Among the injured, two died on the way to hospital, he said.
Meanwhile, in another accident, Ramjan, a fisherman, died when a fish-laden three-wheeler overturned at Bridgermor area of Potnitala upazila, said officer-in-charge of Potnitala Police Station Mazharul Islam.
The bodies were sent to Naogaon General Hospital morgue for autopsy.
