Biman Bangladesh Airlines has suspended all international flights on seven routes till August 15.

The national flag carrier announced the development with a notice on its website on Sunday (August 1).

Flights to Kolkata and Delhi of India, Kathmandu of Nepal, Medina of Saudi Arabia, Manchester of United Kingdom (UK), Bangkok of Thailand and Kuwait will remain suspended till August 15.

Seven of these routes had been suspended except Kuwait and Kolkata since the outbreak of coronavirus epidemic in March 2020. However, flights to Kuwait and Kolkata were canceled due to travel ban.
