Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has asked the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examinees to leave home for exam centres in advance to ensure timely arrival.

Traffic division of the DMP came up with the instruction amid traffic congestion which may affect the examinees on the way.

Incessant rain and renovation of roads in different locations have slowed plying of vehicles in the city," Hafiz Al Asad, Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) of the DMP Media and Public Relations Department in a press release said.

Secondary School Certificate examinations will start across the country on September 15. The exams will begin at 11:00 am instead of 10:00 am.
