Two officers equivalent to the status of Additional Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of police were sent on forced retirement.  

This order was issued in separate notifications signed by senior secretary Aminul Islam following the order of the President.

Two separate notifications of the Public Security Division under the Ministry of Home Affairs revealed this information on October 31 (Monday).

They are: Mahbub Hakim, additional DIG of Tourist Police, and Alamgir Alam, additional DIG of Criminal Investigation Department.
