The award was presented by Tipu Munshi, the Honorable Commerce Minister of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, during a ceremony held on 30th October 2023 at Pan Pacific Sonargoan Dhaka.

The ICAB National Award for Best Presented Annual Report is a highly respected recognition for excellence in corporate reporting practices in Bangladesh.

The awards recognize and celebrate organizations that demonstrate transparency, accountability and adherence to international reporting standards in their annual reports.

Unique Hotel and Resorts PLC stood out in the Service Sector category with its exceptional annual report, which provided stakeholders with a comprehensive and transparent view of the company's financial performance, corporate governance, and sustainable initiatives.

The report showcased the company's commitment to transparency, good governance, and its dedication to creating long-term value for its shareholders, customers, and the community.
