The land phone and internet services will remain suspended in Motijheel area from June 8 to 11 due to underground cable relocation by Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited (BTCL) for Metro Rail Project.

Bangladesh's telecom authority confirmed the matter in a press release on Monday.

BTCL also said their telephone services also remained off during June 1-4 for the underground work at Motijheel.
