The Bangladesh Jewellers’ Association (BAJUS) has announced that its annual exposition will take place in the first week of February next year, highlighting innovations and technological advancements in the country’s jewellery sector.
The three-day BAJUS Fair is scheduled to begin on 6 February at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) in Dhaka, according to a press release issued on Tuesday.
Approximately 50 jewellery companies will participate in the fourth edition of the expo. The fair will be open to buyers and visitors daily from 10 am to 9 pm, with an entry fee of Tk100.
BAJUS leaders expressed optimism that the event will significantly contribute to the growth of the domestic jewellery industry and elevate Bangladesh’s position in the global market. The release further stated that the fair would enhance the global recognition of modern and uniquely designed jewellery crafted by the country’s skilled goldsmiths.
