Bangladesh Ambassador in Riyadh Golam Moshi has said that stern actions will be taken against the recruiting agencies sending workers to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) through fraudulence.
He said this at a view exchange meeting with representatives of different print and electronic media at the Bangladesh Embassy in Riyadh on Thursday, according to a message received.
Referring to the issue of free visa, the ambassador urged the journalists to make the people aware so that they do not fall in danger in Saudi Arabia.
The embassy is working to assist those expatriate Bangladeshis in Saudi Arabia who want to return home, Moshi said, adding that his embassy is also working its level best to ensure required services to the expatriates there.
He informed the journalists about the government’s future plan and giving financial assistance to Bangladesh Community Schools in Saudi Arabia to continue activities of those schools.
Laying emphasize on the necessity of those schools to ensure education for expatriate Bangladeshis’ children in Saudi Arabia, the ambassador also stressed on the need of skilled and honest managing committees to run the schools.
