Customs intelligence seized huge quantities of imported and imported banned foreign drugs from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport
 
On Monday night, the foreign drug was seized from Saudi Arabia's Jeddah for importing 16 foreign drugs. The market value of this bullion is around 16 million rupees.

 
Director General of Customs and Investigation Directorate. Md. Sahidul Islam said, after landing on the SV 808 pilgrimage flight from Saudi Arabia Jeddah landed on Shahjalal International Airport on Monday evening, customs detectives conducted raids on the basis of secret information. Then the Customs Detective team was looking for drugs in the 8th leggel belt and suspected to see two baggage in one trolley without ownership. All the hajj pilgrims went after collecting their luggage but the baggage was lying beside two belts. At night, the customs department opened the baggage and recovered 16 drugs from there.
