Md. Abul Hossain has been made the managing director of Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB). Prior to his new assignment, Mr. Hossain was the managing director of the Karmasangsthan Bank. In this regard, the ministry of finance (MoF) issued a circular on August 20 with immediate effect. Following the circular, Mr. Hossain joined the ICB on Thursday. Earlier, Mr. Hossain joined the Karmasangsthan Bank as managing director in June, 2017. Before joining the Karmasangsthan Bank, he was the deputy managing director at Bangladesh Krishi Bank. Mr. Hossain had joined the ICB as system analyst and had served the state-owned company for around 18 years.
