The ‘2nd National Science Fest’ successfully ends today in Jahangirnagar University (JU).
With the motto, ‘Be Innovative, Make Innovative’, Jahangirnagar University Science Club (JUSC), a science-based social association of the university, organized the festival.
Chief coordinator on sustainable development goals (SDG) affairs at the prime minister’s office Abul Kalam Azad inaugurated the festival while JU pro-VC Amir Hussain and treasurer Sheikh Monzurul Huq present as special guests at the opening ceremony at the Zahir Raihan Auditorium at 9:30 am yesterday.
A total of 10 universities, 20 colleges and 30 schools took part in the festival. The two-day festival features inaugural session, poster presentations, project showcasing and quiz contests for university level students, idea contests, robotic workshops and project presentations for the school and college level students, award handover and ending session.
