The bodies of two women were recovered from a house in the city’s Dhanmondi area on Friday night.

The deceased were identified as Afroza Begum, 65, owner of the house, and Diti, 19, a domestic help.

Saiful Islam, Assistant Commissioner of police’s Dhanmondi zone, said the bodies were recovered around 7:45pm from a house on road number 28.

The reason for the murder and identities of the killers could not be known yet.

Police said they are looking into the incident.
