Bangladesh wants India in the development of Religious Tourism

Civil Aviation and Tourism Ministry at the Ministry of Religious Tourism has urged India to stay in Bangladesh. Who M Shahjahan Kamal.

He called on Indian President Ramnath Kobind at the President's House in New Delhi on Sunday (August 26th).

During the meeting, discussions on the effective role of tourism in developing regional, international relations, economic prosperity and employment generation.

Shahjahan Kamal said, Religious tourism can play an important role in tourism development in the sub-continent. There are about 500 Buddhist establishments in Bangladesh. Bangladesh is the birthplace of Atish Dipankar, one of the founders of Buddhism.

Sixth International Buddhist Conference in New Delhi, India The minister and a representative team of Bangladesh are there to take part in it. The conference, which started on 23 August, ends on August 26.
