Closure of education institutes extended till June 30

The ongoing closure of the educational institutions at secondary and higher secondary level has been extended till June 30.

The Education Ministry on Saturday issued a circular in this regard.

The ministry concerned decided to extend further the ongoing closure of schools, colleges considering the health safety of students, teachers, staff and guardians.

The Covid-19 situation has worsened in different districts and lockdown has been imposed in many areas.

Earlier, the government extended the closure of all education institutions till June 12.
