Munshi Sarwar Alam appointed as the president of Charatra Azizia School and College's ad hoc committee


The Dhaka Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has approved the formation of an ad hoc committee to form a regular management committee of Char Atra Azizia School and College, a traditional educational institution in Naria Upazila of Shariatpur.

Social worker Munshi Sarwar Alam was elected president of the three-member ad hoc committee approved on Tuesday.

The teacher representative member of the ad hoc committee is Md. Kamruzzaman and the guardian member is Sultan Mohammad Sanaullah.

The approval period of the ad hoc committee is 6 months. A regular management committee must be formed within this period.

The newly elected president of the ad hoc committee, Munshi Sarwar, said, "I sincerely thank former MP of Shariatpur 2 constituency Shafiqur Rahman Kiron and Naria Upazila BNP president Munshi Shamsul Alam Dadan Bhai and the teachers of the school for electing me as the president of the ad hoc committee of this institution."

He further said, "My grandfather, my father and my uncle have run this institution. Therefore, as their legacy, I also want to continue working in this way and will try to fulfill the overall welfare of the school, the needs of the students, and eliminate the needs and discrimination of the teachers. For this, I seek prayers and cooperation from everyone."

Meanwhile, Char Atra Union Chhatra Dal President Saiful Gani Siam, Char Atra Union Jubo Dal leader Atiquzzaman Munshi and all the teachers, employees, and students of the institution have expressed their satisfaction.

They also conveys congratulation and good wishes for Munshi Sarwar Alam being elected as the president of the Ad Hoc Committee of Char Atra School and College.
