Biman’s Rome flight lands safely at Dhaka airport after bomb threat
A Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight from Rome to Dhaka received a bomb threat, leading to heightened security measures at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.
Flight BG-356, carrying 250 passengers and 13 crew members, landed safely at 9:20 AM.
Upon landing, law enforcement agencies secured the aircraft and safely evacuated all passengers to the terminal. Chief Executive of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport Kamrul Islam said, "The flight landed safely with 250 passengers and 13 crew members. All passengers have been evacuated safely."
A bomb disposal unit is currently conducting a thorough search of the aircraft to ensure safety.
