City Bank introduces the country’s first Real Time Cash Deposit Machine

City Bank on Thursday launched Real Time Cash Deposit Machine for the first time in Bangladesh at Head Office ground floor.

Bank’s Managing Director & CEO Mashrur Arefin inaugurated the newly-introduced channel for City Bank customers at a simple ceremony.

Using these machines both customers and bearer can deposit money in real-time at any City Bank account in 24x7 basis.

Customers will get instant reflections of the transaction with an instant notification message. Customers can also make cardless deposits.

This facility will add a new dimension and will create an unique USP in CASA hunting from businessman community.

Now RATM and RCDM of City Bank will work jointly like a Digital Teller.

The launching event was attended among others, by Md. Mahbubur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director & CFO, Arup Haider, Head of Retail Banking of the bank.
