According to sources in the Ministry of Public Administration, on August 26, Dr. Nazneen Kausar Chowdhury (6357), Additional Secretary, Ministry of Commerce, was posted as Executive Chairman (Secretary) at the National Skill Development Authority. Dr. Nazneen Kausar Chowdhury was promoted to the post of Secretary in a notification signed by Mohammad Rafiqul Haque (Deputy Secretary) of the Ministry of Public Administration, on the orders of the President.

She is an officer of the 15th (fifteenth) BCS Administration Cadre. She is currently working as Member (Finance and Commerce) at the Bangladesh Tea Board, Head Office, Charlima, under the Ministry of Commerce. In her career, she has been performing her government duties with great honesty, dedication, sincerity, efficiency and reputation by making proper use of her talent and qualifications. It is to be noted that Dr. Nazneen has also worked in the Bangladesh Embassy, ​​Brussels, Belgium with the approval of the Honorable Prime Minister.

In her family, she is a follower of Bangabandhu's political ideology. Dr. Nazneen's father, the late Badiul Alam Chowdhury, a language soldier, politician, social worker and education enthusiast, actively participated in the language movement and the liberation war. She has been in politics together with the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and Hossain Shaheed Suhrawardy.
