Govt is making every effort to capture those who attacked Hadi: Rizwana

Information and Broadcasting Ministry Advisor Saeeda Rizwana Hasan said, “The government is making every effort to capture the attackers of potential independent candidate for the national election, Osman Hadi.”

On Sunday (December 14) morning, at a briefing with ministry officials at the Secretariat, she said in response to journalists' questions, “This attack was carried out to undermine the election. The main objective is to intimidate people. However, the election will be held on time, and the people will respond to these misdeeds.”

Rizwana Hasan also said, “The law and order situation is under control due to coordination between the government and the judiciary. If there were a lack of coordination, the situation would have been much worse.”

She also commented on the bail of a defendant in a non-bailable case, saying, “A judge can grant bail if they wish, and if they don't, there is criticism. Therefore, everyone must be vigilant so that the election atmosphere is not spoiled by distorted information.”
