Concord Spring Festival held in Dhaka

Spring has arrived, and Lake City Concord was brought to life for a vibrant and eventful two-day celebration of Concord Spring Festival 1431.

The two-day event was organized by Concord Group, and it took place from Friday to Saturday at Dhaka’s first satellite township, Lake City Concord.

The festival featured various activities, performances, and community engagement.

Located just 20 minutes from Baridhara, this eco-friendly residential area was constructed using only green bricks and blocks.

It features a 300-foot wide access road and 60% open green spaces, ensuring a pollution-free lifestyle.

Marking the seasonal transition, Lake City Concord came alive with an array of events, such as children’s art competitions, live musical and cultural performances, and various stalls.

Residents enjoyed traditional folk music and Baul performances. A major highlight of the festival was the special dance and musical acts, alongside a live cooking station offering a variety of delicious foods, creating an unmissable experience for the people.

On the first day, activities began in the morning with the children’s art competition, followed by live performances, stage shows, and traditional folk performances.

A special prize distribution ceremony took place in the evening before concluding day one.

The second day of the celebration was equally eventful.

The last day of the spring celebration featured musical performances, a raffle draw, and a cultural evening.

Residents and visitors enjoyed a diverse lineup of music, dance, and entertainment through these exciting activities.

With its own school, mosque, supermarkets, gym, and more, Lake City Concord has long been a fully integrated gated residential community.

Annual festivals like this add a new layer of vibrancy and offer residents the perfect opportunity to step out of their daily routines.

The excitement leading up to the anticipated annual celebration resulted in the active participation of residents and visitors.
